The purpose of Rapid Health Coaching is to arouse, engage, energise and challenge you to wherever you are right now, to reach higher.

We will identify your strengths, values and identify anything that is preventing you enjoying the gift of Peak Wellness.

1.During the first 60-90 minute coaching session, we will help you to identify your priorities and first steps.
2.In subsequent 60 minute coaching sessions, each week, month or quarter, you will be able to explore and resolve the most pressing issues.

By the end of three months, you can expect to reach more than 70% of your three month intentions and feel energized and confident to embark on new areas with or without your coach.
