Weight Loss Programme

If you have been advised to lose weight by your doctor, or you just want to shape up to look more attractive and feel more energetic you can take individual sessions to tackle specific difficulties or choose monthly weigh in session that address many of the above. |

Monthly sessions for weight loss are £60 per session. Concessions are considered for disability etc. It is recommended you lose approximately 71bs per month and guidelines will be given to bring this about. Telephone and email support is offered in between sessions. |

Depending on how much weight you want to lose, a six month programme is likely to be sufficient to clear major obstacles in the way of your weight loss journey. 6 session concession: £295 |
